It’s my first class. What do I need to know?
What happens when I get to the studio?
Check in at the front desk & initial your name on the sign-in sheet. You can then rent shoes and buy water if you don’t have your own. Then, leave all your belongings in one of our keycode lockers. Once we open the doors, you may enter the studio and find your bike. If you need help setting up your bike, Please call over one of our RIDE staff and they will assist you.
What do I need to bring to class?
Here’s a quick list of what we recommend bringing to class:
-A water bottle (you can also buy water from our studio for $3)
-Cycling shoes (you can also rent these from our studio for $2)
-Socks (you can also buy socks from our studio for $12)
-Workout clothes
Where do I park?
DOWNTOWN. We offer free parking before 4pm daily at City Hall and during the evening at AMLI Downtown. Bring your parking ticket to our studio for 2-hour validation. Please note that before 9am on weekends, City Hall is the correct place to park.
THE HEIGHTS. We have our own surface parking lot across Lawrence Street exclusively for RIDE clients.
HUGHES LANDING. Parking is provided in the Whole Foods parking deck across the street.
WESTLAKE: There is ample surface parking in the lot in front of the studio.
WEST U: There is ample surface parking in the lot in front of the studio.
What about apparel?
What’s your apparel return policy?
We are happy to get a return/exchanged started for you if you are in the 2 week window (from time of purchase). The tags should be attached and the items cannot be washed or worn.
If an item is purchased during a sale period, the items are final sale.
Can I shop for apparel online?
We currently do not have an e-commerce option for apparel, however, if you are looking to shop virtually, please email your preferred studio and RIDE staff can set up a FaceTime appointment.
What brands are in your apparel collection?

Tell me more about [filmed RIDE] classes.
What does a [filmed RIDE] mean?
Classes that feature the tag [filmed RIDE] in the title mean that we are filming content for our digital platforms. RIDErs in these classes should expect to be featured in Instagram, TikTok, etc.
How does filming work?
There will be a RIDE staff member inside the studio using an iPhone (no lights) multiple times during class.
How often do [filmed RIDE]s happen?
Be sure to check the schedule. Scheduling depends on what the instructor–and you want. These RIDEs will always be tagged in the app and our website.
How does the waitlist work?
If you are on the WL, you will get automatically put on a bike if someone late-cancels and then you will receive a “Bike Booked” email. If no one cancels, we encourage you to come to the studio as a standby rider. Waitlisters will be booked onto no-show bikes as class begins. Don’t worry though,If no bikes become available, you get that credit back in your account to use for a future class!
How do I sign up for class?
On the RESERVE page, click on a studio and class time you’d like to reserve. Then, click on any available bike in the studio map. If a class is full, you can put yourself on the waitlist. If a bike opens up in that class, you’ll be placed into the class and notified via email or phone.
How far in advance do I have to cancel class to avoid a penalty?
You must cancel by 8:00pm the day before your scheduled class in order to avoid penalty. If you cancel after 8:00pm, you will forfeit one credit. Cancel your class by visiting “My Account” on the RIDE website.
If I buy a series of classes, does it expire?
Yes! Classes expire depending on the amount of classes in your series. You can see how much time you have left before expiration in your RIDE account.
1 Class: 30 days
5 Classes: 2 months
10 Classes: 4 months
20 Classes: 9 months
Is there a RIDE app I can download?
Glad you asked. There are a RIDE IOS and Android applications! Search RIDE Indoor Cycling in the App Store to download it.
